Shortbread Sour

Ingredients:

45ml Renegade Shortbread Moonshine
20ml lemon juice
15ml simple syrup
1 egg white

Garnish:

Angostura bitters
Shortbread cookie

Method:

In a shaker, combine our Shortbread Moonshine, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.

Add ice to the shaker and shake again until chilled. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.

Garnish with a few dashes of Angostura bitters and a shortbread cookie.
