Plum Negroni

Ingredients:

30ml Renegade Australian Plum Gin
30ml Renegad Orange Cello
30ml Campari

Garnish:

Orange Oil
A strip of orange zest

Method:

Combine all ingredients with ice into a mixing jug. Stir until cold and the cocktail has diluted to your preference.

Strain into a chilled glass with ice. Express a few drops of orange oil over the top and rub the rim with the zest of an orange. Place the zest into the cocktail and serve.
